Tracking Reviews & Referral Results
Reviews and referrals only pay off if you watch the numbers and tune. Both live under CRM and are Business-plan features.
Review results (CRM → Reviews)
Three stat cards summarize your request funnel:
- Sent — review requests delivered
- Opened — customers who opened the request
- Clicked — customers who clicked through to leave a review
Below them, Recent requests lists each one with the customer, channel (email/SMS), sent time, and a status pill (Sent → Opened → Clicked, or Failed).
What the funnel tells you
- Low Sent — jobs aren't being marked complete, or you're not completing many. Requests queue on job completion.
- Sent high, Opened low — the request isn't landing. Make sure the contact info is right.
- Opened high, Clicked low — people open but don't act; confirm your Review URL actually opens the Google review form (use Open link to test).
Referral results (CRM → Referrals)
The codes table tracks each code's performance:
- Uses — tracked uses out of the max
- Revenue — revenue attributed back to the code
- Referrer — which customer the code belongs to
What to do with it
- High-revenue codes mark your best advocates — thank them and keep them sharing
- Codes with zero uses aren't being shared enough — promote them, or raise the credit
- Compare revenue against the credits you grant to gauge whether the program pays for itself
A simple rhythm
Check both screens roughly weekly at first, then monthly. Trends matter more than any single day. Keep completing jobs (fuels review requests) and keep handing out codes (fuels referrals).
FAQ
Is there a separate Reports dashboard for this? No — the numbers live right on the Reviews and Referrals screens.
Why are my stats all zero? No requests sent / no codes used yet. Complete a job to queue a review request; share a code to start tracking uses.
Where do I see who referred a customer? The customer's Overview tab shows "Referred by" when it's set on their record.
