Recurring Jobs
For work you do on a regular cadence — monthly lawn care, quarterly HVAC checks, weekly cleans — you can flag a job as recurring so its repeat interval is recorded on the job.
Marking a job recurring
On the New Job form, open the Schedule & Estimate section and tick Recurring Job. A Repeat Interval dropdown appears with:
- Weekly
- Biweekly
- Monthly
- Quarterly
Pick one and create the job. You can also toggle recurring and change the interval later from the job's Edit view.
Where it shows
A recurring job displays a Recurring badge with its interval on the job detail page, so anyone looking at the record knows it's part of a repeating arrangement.
Recurring billing vs. recurring jobs
A recurring job records the work cadence. For membership-style billing (e.g. "$99/month"), set up a Service Plan instead — see the Recurring Plans help. The two are managed separately; use a plan for the subscription and a recurring job for the visit.
FAQ
Which intervals are available? Weekly, Biweekly, Monthly, and Quarterly.
Can one customer have several recurring jobs? Yes — create as many as you need.
How do I stop a job recurring? Edit the job and untick Recurring Job.
Does recurring change the price automatically? No — the job keeps its own estimate and line items. Adjust them per job as needed.
