Your Account Settings

Your account basics live at Dashboard → Settings, in the Account card at the top.

What's there

  • Email Address — your login email, shown read-only. (To change the email on file, contact support.)
  • Change Password — opens an inline form (see below).
  • Security & 2FA — jumps to the Security page for two-factor authentication and active sessions. See Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).
  • Navigation — owners use this to reorder and show/hide sidebar items and set per-teammate access. See Customizing Your Sidebar Navigation.
  • Sign Out — signs you out of this device and returns you to the login screen.

Changing your password

  1. In the Account card, click Change Password.
  2. Enter a new password (at least 8 characters). A strength meter shows Weak / Medium / Strong as you type.
  3. Re-enter it in Confirm Password.
  4. Click Update Password. You'll see "Password updated successfully."

Company vs. account

The Account card is about you (login, password, security). Further down the Settings page, the Company Information card holds your business details — company name, license number, service area, insurance, business hours — plus rates, numbering, payment processing, and notifications. Company settings are editable by owners and admins; if you're a member or employee, you'll see them read-only with a note.

Your role

Your role (Owner, Admin, Member, or Employee) is managed on the Team page by an owner or admin, not from your own settings. See Team Members & Roles.

FAQ

Can I change my login email myself? The email field is read-only in Settings. Contact support to change the email on your account.

Where's two-factor authentication? Click Security & 2FA in the Account card. See the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) article.

I'm a member and can't edit company info — why? Company and account settings are editable by owners and admins. Ask one of them to make the change.

How do I sign out of other devices? On the Security page, the sessions list lets you revoke individual sessions or all other sessions.
