Pay yearly instead of monthly and save 20% on every plan and on extra seats.
How to choose annual
Pick Annual on the monthly/annual toggle when you subscribe, either on the pricing page or when you start your plan from Settings → Manage / Upgrade. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and you're charged the annual amount when the trial ends.
Switching an existing subscription between monthly and annual isn't available in the app yet. Email support@handymanbook.app and we'll help.

When annual makes sense
- You've used HandyBook long enough to know it fits
- You'd rather make one payment than twelve
- You expect to stay on this plan or higher for the year
When monthly makes sense
- You're new and still deciding
- Your business is seasonal and you might pause
- You want the flexibility to cancel sooner
Changing plans on an annual subscription
Upgrading
Use Change plan on the Billing page. You're charged the prorated difference for the rest of your year right away, and the new plan starts immediately. Your renewal date doesn't change. If the charge fails, your plan stays as it was.
Downgrading
Use Change plan on the Billing page. The lower plan starts right away, and the unused part of your year is credited to your next invoice (it isn't refunded to your card). Your renewal date doesn't change.
Cancelling
Cancel from Manage card or cancel on the Billing page. Fees already paid are non-refundable.
FAQ
Can I switch from annual back to monthly? Not in the app yet. Email support@handymanbook.app.
Can I get a refund if I cancel an annual plan? Fees already paid are non-refundable. For billing questions, email support@handymanbook.app.
What if my company is acquired or shuts down mid-year? Email support@handymanbook.app and we'll work it out with you.
Are there any features only on annual? No. Annual is just a price option; features depend only on your plan.
